We do not use information collected through this website for decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Is providing data mandatory?
Fields marked as required in a contact form are necessary for us to receive and respond to the request. Other information is optional. If required information is not provided, we may be unable to answer or evaluate the enquiry.
5. Who may receive the data
Personal data may be accessed by authorised MEDACOMI personnel and by service providers acting on our instructions, such as website hosting, maintenance, security, email delivery, forms, consent management and live-chat providers. Data may also be disclosed to professional advisers, public authorities or other parties where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal data.

This website is intended for professional and business audiences and is not directed to children. Please do not submit personal data about children through the website.
